A Taguig councilor honored a taxi driver for returning cash to an overseas Filipino worker (OFW) who was his passenger, according to a report by Manila Bulletin.
Councilor Alex Penolio gave one sack of rice to taxi driver Pedro Pacifico of Barangay Upper Bicutan.

I hope more people from Taguig can emulate him because I’m so proud of his good deed).”
