From the shortlisted contenders, the final Top 5 participants will be determined through a combination of social media engagement and the contest committee's assessment. The criteria for this stage include adherence to the theme (50%), quality, originality, and creativity (40%), and social media engagement (10%). Engaging the wider community through social media platforms will enable residents to support their favorite murals and actively contribute to the cause.
Once the Top 5 finalists are announced, they will have one week to bring their murals to life, starting from the announcement date. The final judging will be based on adherence to the theme (50%), quality, originality, and creativity (40%), as well as the execution of the artwork (10%).
To recognize the exceptional talents and efforts of the participants, the Top 5 winners will be awarded cash prizes. The first-place winner will receive P15,000, followed by P10,000 for the second-place, P8,000 for the third-place, P5,000 for the fourth-place and P3,000 for the fifth-place.
