A contest committee will then evaluate the received drafts and select the top 10 participants based on the criteria of adherence to the theme (50%) and the quality, originality, and creativity of the artwork (50%).

The criteria for this stage include adherence to the theme (50%), quality, originality, and creativity (40%), and social media engagement (10%). Engaging the wider community through social media platforms will enable residents to support their favorite murals and actively contribute to the cause.

To recognize the exceptional talents and efforts of the participants, the Top 5 winners will be awarded cash prizes. The first-place winner will receive P15,000, followed by P10,000 for the second-place, P8,000 for the third-place, P5,000 for the fourth-place and P3,000 for the fifth-place.
