Taguig Honored by DOH for Exemplary Health Initiatives

In a recent ceremony organized by the Department of Health (DOH) Metro Manila Center for Health Development (DOH-MMCHD) at Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria, Ortigas, the City of Taguig emerged as a shining beacon of health initiatives and was recognized for its exemplary performance in the Healthy Setting Recognition Program.

The city achieved remarkable success, securing two prestigious awards during the event. Taguig was honored as the "Champions of Health Promotion In The Community" for its outstanding execution of the DOH Community Health Promotion Playbooks 2023. Additionally, the city received the "Playbook Champion Award for Immunization" in acknowledgment of its exceptional implementation of the DOH Community Health Promotion Playbooks focusing on Immunization.

These accolades underscore Taguig's unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality, accessible, and free health programs and services to its residents.
